June 2022
The PAC was excited to work with the Lewes African-American Heritage Commission for the first Lewes Juneteenth celebration.  The sculptures by Rose DeSiano that were installed at George H.P. Smith Park used images supplied by the LAAH Commission x.  DeSiano's use of portraying local teachers, community leaders, and other recognizable figures from the historically-Black neighborhoods of Lewes in her sculptures provided an interesting sight for attendees.
